Congratulations to GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (2531.HK) on its successful listing on the Mainboard of HKSE on 15 July 2024.
GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (“GL-Carlink Technology”) is an in-vehicle hardware and SaaS marketing and management service provider for players within the automotive aftermarket industry in China, with a focus on (i) sales of in-vehicle hardware products; and (ii) provision of SaaS marketing and management services, covering SaaS subscription services and SaaS value-added services, to the industry participants along the industry value chain.
 
GL-Carlink Technology is dedicated to supporting our customers in the automotive aftermarket industry to better connect with their customers through our sales of in-vehicle hardware products and SaaS marketing and management services, which formed part of our SaaS value-added services. With decade-long operational experience and coupled with our industry insight and an ability to leverage the capability of technology GL-Carlink Technology have developed industry-specific products and services for industry participants along the automotive aftermarket industry value chain such as 4S stores to improve their marketing and operational efficiencies.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial assets for financial reporting purpose and valuation service on total equity value for internal reference.
 
Congratulations again to GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (2531.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 4.70 per share and the amount of funds raised is HKD 230 million.

Vincent is the Founder and Managing Partner of AVISTA Group, who leads the firm’s Valuation Advisory, Risk Management Advisory, ESG Advisory and Corporate Advisory services in Hong Kong and the PRC.
Vincent has over 20 years of experiences in valuation advisory, M&amp;A advisory, business consulting and corporate investment, advising clients in a range of industries, including TMT, financial services, pharmaceutical, energy and etc. Hence, leading the firm to make breakthroughs in these areas.
Before founding AVISTA, Vincent served as an Associate Director of PwC and was in charge of the valuation division in Beijing. He has advised numerous large M&amp;A deals in both China and overseas for multinational corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises. He also has extensive experiences in providing valuation services for US and HK IPO listing.
Vincent is the Vice Chairman of Business Valuation Committee and the Executive Council Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA), Reviewer of HKICPA Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards, Head Juror of Institute of ESG and Benchmark (iESGB) Achievement Awards, and the member of Financial Reporting Valuation Advisory Panel of HKICPA.

Hailey is responsible for business valuation, intangible asset valuation and financial instrument valuation service for financial reporting and consulting purposes.
Hailey graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai College and has 18 years’ experience in valuation service and M&amp;A financial advisory service in China. Before joining AVISTA, Hailey was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers with working experience in both Valuation Service and Corporate Finance Department.
During the past years, Hailey has participated in several large M&amp;A deals to provide modeling, pricing valuation or valuation advisory service. Besides, she was involved in numerous projects for US and HK listed or pre-IPO listing companies to review their valuation prepared for financial reporting purpose. In addition, she also acted as a financial advisor for several private equity financing and outbound acquisition projects.

As a Guest Speaker and Sponsor at the 2024 China ESG Summit - Consumer Goods Industry in Shanghai

AVISTA Group is honored to have been invited by Hong Kong Seeding's Culture Youth Exchange Centre (“Seeding’s Culture”) to participate in the Project Summary and Corporate Gratitude Ceremony of Young Talent GCE Internship Scheme. The ceremony was successfully held on 29 August 2024 at the Beijing Democratic Party People's Group Building. This year marks the second year of collaboration between AVISTA and Seeding's Culture. We are privileged to offer valuable internship opportunities to students from universities in Hong Kong.
 
In the past two months, the Shanghai and Beijing offices of AVISTA Group welcomed a group of enthusiastic interns from prestigious institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. During the one-month internship, the students not only participated in financial analysis projects like corporate valuation and M&amp;A transaction analysis but also gained a deep understanding and practical experience in the field of corporate advisors.
 
AVISTA Group believes that by combining education and practical experience, we can enhance the professional skills of young individuals.
