Vincent is the Founder and Managing Partner of AVISTA Group, who leads the firm’s Valuation Advisory, Risk Management Advisory, ESG Advisory and Corporate Advisory services in Hong Kong and the PRC.
Vincent has over 20 years of experiences in valuation advisory, M&amp;A advisory, business consulting and corporate investment, advising clients in a range of industries, including TMT, financial services, pharmaceutical, energy and etc. Hence, leading the firm to make breakthroughs in these areas.
Before founding AVISTA, Vincent served as an Associate Director of PwC and was in charge of the valuation division in Beijing. He has advised numerous large M&amp;A deals in both China and overseas for multinational corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises. He also has extensive experiences in providing valuation services for US and HK IPO listing.
Vincent is the Vice Chairman of Business Valuation Committee and the Executive Council Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA), Reviewer of HKICPA Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards, Head Juror of Institute of ESG and Benchmark (iESGB) Achievement Awards, and the member of Financial Reporting Valuation Advisory Panel of HKICPA.

Jessica is responsible for statutory valuation, business valuation, intangible asset valuation, tangible assets valuation and financial instrument valuation services for financial reporting and transaction purposes at AVISTA’s Beijing Office. As a member of the study group of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Ms. Zhong participated in the theoretical and practical study work of valuation on investment value.
Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in valuation and M&amp;A financial advisory in China. Prior to joining AVISTA, she served as the director of the valuation and modeling department of KPMG. In the past, Ms. Zhong has provided valuation services and modelling service to numerous state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations.

Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, had the honor of delivering a speech titled “Driving Brand Value: Harnessing the Power of ESG Integration,” emphasizing the crucial role of ESG integration in enhancing brand value. His insights provided attendees with valuable guidance on effectively implementing ESG strategies in the consumer goods industry.
 
The Summit showcased practical experiences from consumer goods companies, offering insights into ESG trends in China, sustainable consumption in the Asia-Pacific region and China and shifts in consumer behavior. Attendees have gained valuable knowledge on achieving environmental goals through sustainable supply chains and leveraging digitalization for improved ESG outcomes, enhancing their understanding of current trends and challenges in ESG for consumer goods.

As a Guest Speaker and Sponsor at the 2024 China ESG Summit - Consumer Goods Industry in Shanghai

AVISTA Group is honored to have been invited by Hong Kong Seeding's Culture Youth Exchange Centre (“Seeding’s Culture”) to participate in the Project Summary and Corporate Gratitude Ceremony of Young Talent GCE Internship Scheme. The ceremony was successfully held on 29 August 2024 at the Beijing Democratic Party People's Group Building. This year marks the second year of collaboration between AVISTA and Seeding's Culture. We are privileged to offer valuable internship opportunities to students from universities in Hong Kong.
 
In the past two months, the Shanghai and Beijing offices of AVISTA Group welcomed a group of enthusiastic interns from prestigious institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. During the one-month internship, the students not only participated in financial analysis projects like corporate valuation and M&amp;A transaction analysis but also gained a deep understanding and practical experience in the field of corporate advisors.
 
AVISTA Group believes that by combining education and practical experience, we can enhance the professional skills of young individuals. As a leading advisory firm in the Greater China region, with talent and branches in both mainland China and Hong Kong, we look forward to further collaboration with the Hong Kong Seeding's Culture Youth Exchange Centre to establish internship and employment platforms for more students, contributing to the sustainable development of society.

Congratulations to TYK Medicines, Inc (2410.HK) on its successful listing on the Mainboard of HKSE on 20 August 2024.
 
TYK Medicines, Inc (“TYK”) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to the discovery, acquisition, development and commercialization of differentiated targeted therapies to address unmet medical needs in cancer treatment. Since TYK inception in 2017, TYK has built a pipeline with 11 drug candidates, including Core Product TY-9591, six clinical stage products, and four preclinical stage or early clinical development stage products.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation analysis in connection with the fair value of preferred shares, impairment test of intangible assets, fair value of RSU and property investment.
 
Congratulations again to TYK Medicines, Inc (2410.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD12.10 per share and the amount of funds raised is HKD579 million.
