Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, was pleased to be invited by The Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) as a guest speaker in the campus sharing webinar themed "ESG Elite Sharing - Sustainability Career and Society" on 13 February 2023.
 
As an ESG Achievement Award 2021/2022 post awards event, the sharing is co-organized with the Institute of ESG and Benchmark (IESGB), bringing together the university’s professor and ESG experts in a panel discussion to exchange views on ESG development and strategy in Hong Kong and China, and delve deeper into future ESG and sustainability-related employment prospects.
 
Vincent is pleased to leverage his extensive ESG experience and expertise, giving these future leaders a real peek into the ESG advisory world and tips on navigating their career in the sustainability area.

Vincent is the Founder and Managing Partner of AVISTA Group, who leads the firm’s Valuation Advisory, Risk Management Advisory, ESG Advisory and Corporate Advisory services in Hong Kong and the PRC.
Vincent has over 20 years of experiences in valuation advisory, M&amp;A advisory, business consulting and corporate investment, advising clients in a range of industries, including TMT, financial services, pharmaceutical, energy and etc. Hence, leading the firm to make breakthroughs in these areas.
Before founding AVISTA, Vincent served as an Associate Director of PwC and was in charge of the valuation division in Beijing. He has advised numerous large M&amp;A deals in both China and overseas for multinational corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises. He also has extensive experiences in providing valuation services for US and HK IPO listing.
Vincent is the Executive Council Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA), Reviewer of HKICPA Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards, Head Juror of Institute of ESG and Benchmark (iESGB) Achievement Awards, and the member of Financial Reporting Valuation Advisory Panel of HKICPA.

As of the Latest Practicable Date, they operated 604 stores across 17 cities in mainland China.

By combining the globally recognized Domino’s playbook with their knowledge of China, they have developed a unique business model that is purpose-built for serving Chinese consumers delicious, value for money pizza through online channels, with an emphasis on delivery, enhanced by technology. According to the Frost &amp; Sullivan Report, DPC Dash is the only pizza company in China to have a 30-minute delivery promise serving customers across all sales channels, providing higher quality food and provide better customer experience, as one of the competitive edges to set them apart from competitors.
 
Leveraging a unique and focused business model, DPC Dash has experienced rapid growth and improving profitability, with revenue increasing by 45.9% from RMB1,104.1 million in 2020 to RMB1,611.3 million in 2021 and increasing by 25.4% % to RMB2,020.8 million in 2022. Meanwhile, the store numbers in their network also increased from 268 in 2020 to 588 stores in 2022, with an increase of 119.4%.
 
Congratulations again to DPC Dash Ltd. (1405.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 46 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 589 million.
