As a Speaker at the China Appraisal Society (CAS) Financial Instruments and Assets Valuation Training

AVISTA had the honor of being invited as a speaker by the China Appraisal Society (CAS) for the Financial Instruments and Assets Valuation Training in 6 consecutive years. This training, held on October 10, 2024, at the esteemed Shanghai National Accounting Institute, provided a platform for industry experts to share insights and knowledge with public valuers.

 

During the training session, our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, and our Senior Manager of Business Valuation Advisory Services in the Shanghai office, Ms. Irene Ma, delivered a lecture on the valuation methods of preferred shares or common shares with preferential rights embedded and derivative financial instruments. Their presentation included detailed case analyses and practical real-life applications, providing valuable perspectives and expertise to the public valuers.
