Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang and Principal of Risk Management Advisory Services, Ms. Sabrina Lam were pleased to be invited by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), for the fifth consecutive year, to be on the Review Panel of Best Corporate Governance (CG) and ESG Awards 2023. Additionally, AVISTA was honored to be invited by HKICPA to be sponsor of the awards.

This year marks the twenty-fourth anniversary of the Awards, which aim to promote best practices and acknowledge listed companies and public sector/ not-for-profit organizations (PSOs) that implement the highest standards of CG and ESG disclosures and practices in Hong Kong. By recognizing these benchmarks, the Awards encourage continuous improvements in disclosure standards and practices, as well as the integration of CG and ESG considerations.

This year, 34 awardees have been selected, including the most prominent companies in Hong Kong such as CLP Holdings Limited, HSBC Holdings plc, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Swire Pacific Limited, MTR Corporation Limited and more.
