With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honored to be engaged in providing valuation services on financial instruments, goodwill impairment test and financial assets.
Congratulations again Manycore Tech Inc.（0068.HK） on its successful listing. The issue price of the shares is HKD 7.62 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 1.224 billion.

AVISTA Group was pleased to be invited to participate in the Cyberport Professional Network (CPN) Summit at Hong Kong Cyberport on 30 March 2026. It was held under the theme "Empower Cyberport community companies preparing for Hong Kong and global expansion." Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, Associate Director, Mr. Leo Lee, and Manager, Mr. Jeffrey Lo, attended the event, joining a vibrant community of mature, high-potential tech companies.
CPN brings together leading consultancy firms to provide start-ups with expert business guidance and one-on-one service clinics, covering areas such as financing, legal services, compliance, and market development. The network supports start-ups in refining strategies, expanding networks, and accelerating growth. At the summit, AVISTA Group hosted an exhibition booth and offered 1:1 professional consulting services, providing customized and practical advice to address the real challenges faced by emerging tech companies in business planning, valuation, ESG advisory and strategic development to the participants.  
Leveraging our industry expertise, our team delivered in-depth analysis and tailored, practical advice on business planning and valuation approaches for these emerging companies. Our participation reflects our commitment to impactful exchange, increased visibility, and partnership building within the tech ecosystem. As the partner in Cyberport Professional Network (CPN) Summit

AVISTA Group is honored to have been invited by the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) to serve as the project sponsor for the Institute Case Competition 2026. Our Associate Director of Valuation Advisory Services, Mr. Leo Lee, took on the role of coach, providing guidance and mentorship to the talented participants throughout the competition.
This year’s competition featured a Fintech-themed research project with two rounds of assessments. The first round focused on the topic “Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) 2.0: Growth Revival or the Next Valuation Bubble?” Mr. Lee selected the outstanding team ‘Wild Card’ from five groups to advance to the semi-final round. In the semi-final, the selected team tackled the topic “Artificial Intelligence Solutions for Investing Public or Banking Customers to Detect Potential Financial Crime.” We are delighted to share that team ‘Wild Card’ went on to become the champion of the competition, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills, innovative thinking, and outstanding performance at every stage.
