Today marks World Vegan Day and the start of World Vegan Month!
We encouraged our people to have a vegan lunch to embrace the day and we were delighted to hear that they relished the meal. Food production from dairy products and livestock accounts for the vast majority of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. Hence, adopting a more plant-based diet including vegetables, fruits, nuts, wholegrains and related food from plants could have a significant impact on lowering carbon footprints, minimizing climate change, promoting animal protection and enhancing our health.
Go green and let’s join us to shape a more sustainable future!
