AVISTA believes that employees are valuable assets of the company. We are glad to see many of our employees are self-motivated in their professional development and are eager to support them along. Last week, our Managing Director and some senior analysts of ours were invited by our PRC Offices to form a training taskforce to facilitate intensive coaching on in-house practices, case sharing and remote leadership for the 20-plus recent hires in Beijing and Shanghai offices.
The workshop was coordinated to jump start our new hires by familiarizing them with their key duties and workflows and giving pointers to the potential technical issues they might face.
AVISTA embraces perpetual growth and constant improvement. Going forward, we will continue to invest in wide-ranging staff enrichment initiatives and advocate a culture of continuous learning across the company.
